Project Executive

We’re seeking a highly motivated, organised Project Executive with a great level of attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who can be proactive, use their own initiative and work independently, whilst also being an effective team player. This role requires a lot of liaison between clients and the rest of the team, so communication is key. As Project Executive, you’ll have full responsibility for a selection of clients and their projects, taking ownership of all activity and communication to ensure the projects run smoothly.

The main area of responsibility for the Project Executive is the preparation and smooth running of the projects. Key duties include:

  • Planning and preparation of projects
  • Preparing content for designers and developers
  • Liaising with clients, by phone, email and face to face
  • Organising photographers and copywriters
  • Appointment booking
  • Attending photography shoots
  • Minuting meetings
  • QA of content, designs and bug checking
  • Managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Although not essential, some copywriting skills would be beneficial in this role. This could include:

  • PR article writing
  • Award submissions
  • Project copywriting
  • Marketing emails & blog writing.

Aside from projects, other duties would include:

  • Meeting preparation and set up
  • Assisting with the general running of office; stock checks, meter readings, organising catering for meetings
  • Contributing to team meetings with new ideas and suggestions.
